my 3 month baby has loose motion doc says its an infection wheather the problem is in my breastmilk?breastmilk get infect?

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydrationy is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibijotics treatment
