Small rashes appear on my baby face very often.It is more when she catches fever.What to do

What happens is when you give any kind of a heavy dose it during the time of fever a child can get Raj because of the sensitivity in the body or that can create heat in the body which is why the child support with rashes in that case you can apply calamine lotion on to the affected area
