A. Hi mom These can be heat rashes..Apply calamine lotion or coconut oil on the skin to get relief. make ur baby wear loose comfortable clothes in summers. Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
