small lightly white colour placed on my right side breast nipple..it is paining what can I do?is it harm full?I am feeding my child..

If there is any sort of discharge from it then only you have to worry about it otherwise there is nothing to worry. But if you are having pain in it and there is discharge then you have to consult this with Dr because talked I can only advise you are after examining you
