Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello good morning !! Check if the rash is due to body heat (ghamoria ) or any skin related eczema. Apply coconut oil 3-4 times a day ,keep the area moisturised. After the bath wipe off the body ,neck area completely dry so that no wetness remains .
