There is no specific reason to it but a lot of times it is very difficult for a child to pass motion like this sometimes it is hard sometimes I don’t pass at all but that is very normal but if you feel that your child is having a lot of disturbance while doing it then you should talk to your doctor where you can give a stool softener to the child
