Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. there are multiple causes of white spots on the body of the child as well as on the face of the child and the most common causes dryness of the skin so kindly visit your doctor who will tell you whether any intervention is required or not and you can continue to apply moisturizing lotion cream and coconut oil

Hi parent I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper dignosise and treatment please avoid all packaged food and products with refind flour please give daily sun light exposure
