Sir since last 6-7 days there is redness and small pimples near the mouth...which are increaseing day by day...kindly recommend solution

Consult a child doctor for a personal diagnosis and seek medical guidance in this matter. In the meantime, try using calamine lotion to reduce the discomfort.
