Q.

Sir, Samaira 1y5m ke hai or use 2 din se fever aa raha hai thodi dyer tak utar jata hai or fr thodi dyer baad ho jata hai .. eske leye mene doctor ko dekhya hai but still there is no improvemnt , pls suggest .

A. the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having. give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food. keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever armpit temperature of hundrded or more is considered as fever to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water. higher medxicines whether required or not will be told by the doctor.
