I am not able to find any pic here. If poop is green and mucus rich then it is normal and sometimes babies do black poop that's also because of iron content in food. Don't worry. Give more fluid to baby and fiber rich diet.
Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc
