sir please tell me mne apne baby ka 6 week wala vaccination private hospital se kraya and it costs me about 4000 ab 10 week wala govt hospital se kraye to koi problm to nhi h koi side effect ya kuch bcz it is free

A. All the vaccination should be given according to the vaccination schedule whether the government or IAP schedule and you can discuss with your pediatrician regarding the details of the vaccination. Pulse polio immunization programme is provided by the government to all children below 5 yyears of age. if your child has received polio vaccine before as per the schedule then also you shobuld give this vaccine on the thve pulse polio day as this is an additional vaccine. For polio vaccine dates and related query you need to contact your local authorities .
