Give her nutrient dense meals like - dal pakoda, paneer cheese sandwich, aloo paratha, palak khichdi, ragi chocolate pancake, nuts ladoo.

break fast as poha cheela suji halwa upma dosa uthapam idly cornflakes chocos
mid morning any fruits
lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad
evening snacks as vegetables cutlet bread pakoda potato tikka
dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
