sir namaskar. my baby is 2yrs and 8months old.He is suffering from fever from yesterday morning. temperature is coming about 100 fererhite in every six hour. may suggest medicine.

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours toif fever is repeating.
and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
