sir my twin babies are 4 months old .feeding formula milk and doctor has suggested iron syrup. does this iron syrup causes lose of appetite? .how much ml of milk to mixed with iron syrup?

A. Hi dear mom No iron syrup does not decrease appetite. U can mix iron syrup in 1-2 tap of milk. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means ur baby is taking sufficient feed
