Q.
My daughter complete 4 months, Doctor provide Iron syrup, When I start syrup to my daughter they denied mother milk. And feel fussing and not happy. Please Given any other substitute for iron syrup. One of my relative ask me for Tasiron Syrup baby drops (INZPERA). Can i start this syrup replace with normal doctor advise iron syrup.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. dear mum. feed as often as they seem hungry or want comforted, offer more breastfeeds, feed from both breasts at each breastfeed.it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
