Sir, my three year kid not speaking... he tried to spoke at age of 2.. now he repeating only few words...

A. If The child isn’t speaking much as of now I can only advise you that you go ahead with consultant consultation with the speech therapist ones because the doctor can tell you as to what is the issue and what all therapies would be feasible for the child as of now to have a clear tongue and they can start speaking after that
