sir my son is suffering from fever last night .he has 102 degree fever I gave his peracitamol syrup but no relief yet what should I do?

A. can give that every 6 hour. Cough and cold may be due to any seasonal change and due to any viral infection . Ste can be given at home and if cough is much then asthakind can also be given to baby 3 times in a day and paracetamol for the fever .
