A. A balanced diet is essential for a 2-year-old Indian child to support growth and development. Here's a list of nutritious foods that can be included in their daily meals: 1. Grains & Cereals Rice, Chapati, Paratha, Idli, Dosa, and Porridge (like ragi or oats) are great options. These provide essential carbohydrates for energy. 2. Vegetables Include a variety of colorful vegetables like carrots, peas, spinach, pumpkin, and sweet potatoes. These provide vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Cook them soft so they are easy to eat. 3. Fruits Seasonal fruits like bananas, apples, mangoes, papaya, oranges, watermelon, and berries are great for vitamins and hydration. 4. Dairy Milk, curd (yogurt), and paneer are excellent sources of calcium and protein. Ensure your child gets about 1-2 servings of dairy daily. 5. Protein Include protein-rich foods like lentils (dal), chickpeas, kidney beans, eggs, and chicken or fish (if non-vegetarian). These support muscle growth and development. 6. Nuts & Seeds Ground almonds, cashews, walnuts, and seeds like flaxseeds
