sir my son is 4 months old,he is pooping with sounds and stools are in yellow with mucous,he is on breastfeeding and feeling discomfort while passing stools doctor prescribed lanspure tablets junior and colic aid drops 1 ml sos means ,is it correct to give this medication

A. normal in the baby. c k for more information and appropriate advice in this regard it is always advisable to consult your local doctor if there is need for investigations also and appropriate treatment
