sir my son is 3 months 18 days old can I start solid food ?

A. Hi, A big no dear. According to WHO, it is recommended to give exclusive breastfeeding till 6 month to baby. Mother's milk is complete food and contains more than 80% water in it that's why water is not needed to give before baby completes 6 month. Start giving semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month
