sir,my son has sweeting hands and feet .is there any solution for this?

Author of questionGuardian of a 9 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. growth is normal .he is 7 yr old.he is facing problems while studying.when he was sacred by anyting , having stress he has sweeting problems.other times like playing ,doing other activities .His palms and feet are normal no sweats are there.
