Sir, my son 1year 7 months, is having constipation in stomach due to recent medication given to him due to cold. Such is the condition of his stomach that he cries very much during stool pass as it hurts him in his stomach. please suggest me some ayurvedic tonic for him so that he comfortable relieves his stomach..

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Constipation is usually a very common problem seen in many where the most important causative factor is decrease intake fiber rich diet along with lessergr fluid intake.
some food like junk food mostly containing maida and oily food can aggravate such condition.
here the diet modification should be tried first followed by medications like lactulose milk of magnesia and muout powder.
