Who is mostly is due to deficiency of calcium in the body but sometimes it could be due to some skin related issue as well so in order to be more sure about it you should consult a doctor associated and then they can tell you what would be the exact reason and supplements on medication whatever is required would be suggested on that basisWrite Your Answer Here
