sir my kid is frequently throwing without any cause why I am so worried after throwing she is normal I don't notice any changes and eating after sometime

Hi mommy Make meal time fun with toys and story Maintain hydration Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting Wash hands often before touching your baby Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
