ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you keep a record then seee .To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

well height of child mostly depends on genetics
so please don't take stress for this.
for Healthy weight gain,offer food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice which are full of starch.
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet.
give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child.
