Instead of cerelac, it is best to give home cooked foods like upma, ragi porridge, Vegetable soup, mashed potatoes, mashed banana, sheera.
Add caloric dense foods like ghee almonds walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds coconut avocado to baby's recipes for Healthy weight gain
