sir my daughter is 4 yrs old girl she is suffer vamit many times she is vamiting and fever pediatric sir provide vamit syurp but still now she is not ready which vamit syurp sir provide it's worry problem or usually problem ah sir best syurp give me sir

If you’re child is still having vomiting and fever it would be advisable for you to get it checked with your doctor only they will help you with the right medicine to be given to the child yet if you want you can give emset for vomiting to your child and calpol for fever further more you should check with your doctor itself
