Q.

Sir,my daughter is 4.6 year old and her first tooth fell 4 months ago when she was 4.2 ,but still no symptoms of teething... its been 4 months but she did not get new teeth or any symptoms .please guide me what should I do

A. it is a very early age fir the milk teeth to shed. the permanent teeth start coming between the age if 6-7 years please visit a dentist and get a clinical examination done. do not ignore

A. Thank you mam,I know it's early but she had cavities in her tooth ,our dentist said it happens because of having excessive breast milk,we filled the tooth at the age of 3.5 yr old ,and after almost 1 year it fell ,mam plz suggest Me what should I do now .
