ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. it's a fine weightinclude energy dense foods like banana, dryfruits , sheera add ghee , one spoon a day in total. have good physical activity. avoid screen time. also check for anemia, worms , vitamin deficiency if no improvement.

A. Hi. I am 21 week pregnant, i have placenta pervia problem. Dr advice me to do complete bed rest, but i have a light spotting every day.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi babies weight gain depends on their birth weight usually they gain triple their birth weight by the age of 12 months and ideally a child should have weight between 7 to 12 kg at this stage of age. so don't worry your child weighs normal.
