Q.

sir my daughter is 1 year old but avoid to eat solid foods,with lots of efforts she eats some,like dal ka ka pani with some pulses,few juices,suji ki kheer ,but she likes salted things, please suggest how to make her eat more solid foods,also provide some healthy food for her

A. Hello mom now avoid baby foods for them , instead now that the toddler is one year old you can give all family foods , offer food from your plate
