Sir my daughter has 2year 1 month old she had diarrhoea 5days ago then I showed him to Dr he prescribed syp oflomac m and entrogermina ampul she got relief from diarrhoea but after this she put a small potty with mucus like dysentery please suggests

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and idsts known as fgastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
