Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. if the child is having abdominal pain syrup colicaid or syrup cyclopam 5 ml to the child for now and then you have to meet the doctor to find thee cause of abdominal pain because it can be either due to gas or due to worms or some other abdominal Pathology. in the meantime it is advisable to give only easily digestible food to the childfyyu

U Should get a check because maybe your child is suffering with some infection or some another issue in the stomach so rather than going for a paediatrician it would be much more advisable for you to consult a Doctor Who specialises in the stomach area only
