If it is in the mouth also then you should give more of cold stuff to the child including ice cream that’s going to be helpful as of now what if it is only on the entire body that there is no specific diet chart that you need to follow you should be easy food to the child with your child can digest easily Layi Khichdi or porridge something which is healthy and fulfilling at the same time
