sir my child is having fever since last night 101*F and also he had cough n cold.. what should we do?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. Fever is temperature more than 99. Give paracetamol for fever and can be given times in a day . If temperature does not comes down then sponging can be done or if baby not looking well then need to see a doctor .
