Q.

sir, my child is 2.3 years old.. he can't speak properly, just say papa, mama, dada... he can follow every instructions which we have given to him...but can't speak..pls suggest

A. Hi my son is 27 months old but not speaking...usko name se bulane p kbhi response deta h kabhi nhi deta . he is an active baby but most of the time he dont follow the instructions given by me..he is very moody...koi word bulwane ki kosis krti hun toh repeat nhi krta but he has a good eye contact n listen what i say...i dont know he understand or not because sometimes it feels like he is not understanding what im saying...he was pre mature...everything looks fine but his speech delay n his no coomand over voice is making me worried...plss suggest is it a very serious matter or is it normal ..kya reason ho skta h plss help

A. the baby is more than two years of eight since baby is taking some words to improve the vocabulary of the baby all the family members has to interact more with the baby e baby may be having expressive aphasia
