sir my child hair starts greying at the age of 8 , and he also has lots of dandruff in his hair.please help regarding this.

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello dear first of all make sure that you are giving healthy and nutritional diet to the child try to give grooseberries to the child daily in the diet and take coconut oil and and take Amla Reetha and shikakai you can take it in any form like powder and then boil it in the coconut oil for 15 to 20 minutes and then store it in the bottle you can apply this oil every time while giving massage
