sir.my baby was born at 34 week 6 days .its been 57 days.today he had a brain scan and result shows mildy raised periventicular echogenicity.everthing else is normal.is it something to concern?

A. Periventricular increased echogenicity represents a common sonographic finding in clinically healthy term infants. When present in the typical form as described here it seems to have no pathological significance.
