sir my baby is of 4 months and having 5 kgs of weight.. is it normal or he is underweight.... and if so then pls suggest some measures so that his weight can be increased

Hello, according to your babies age he is underweight and in there is nothing you can give to your four months old to gain weight,but if you are breastfeeding mother then you need to change your diet and along with that also change babies feeding and sleeping routine.
