sir my baby is 8 month 6 days old. can I mix salt with khichidi for baby food

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello additional salt is not really recommended as the bm or the infant formula milk will itself contain the required salt and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide u accordingly which is better and also safe too
