sir my baby is 53 days old and his weight is 5.2 kg . after vaccination can I give paracetamol 100mg syrup

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dovse as thet first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating.
and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
