sir my baby is 5 month and 9 dys old can we give iron drops when baby is having cold and chest infection?

A. yes, during cold you can give iron drops to ur baby as usual. give all advice medication fir cold n chest congestion,give I direct steam inhalation 3 to 4 time a day will also help

A. baby is having chest infection cold give steam inhalation use nasoclear saline nasal drops apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back feet and gently massage at bed time use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub you can give regular medicine
