sir my baby is 4 month old and his weight is 5 kg but he is not gaining weight I am worried for him please give me suggestion

Hello mom A full term Baby tends to almost gain about 300 g to 1 KG monthly and by the age of 4 to 6 months they almost would double their birth weight try to take something nutritional and feeling enough to eat or drink preferably before Baby feed time so that the milk production is good enough and that would in turn helps in weight gain
