Sir , my baby is 2 months 10 days old . I think I have insufficient milk supply . Breast fed with top feed I have to give . I have been advised not to take milk as baby had colic . Am on galact , domperidone , having lots of fluids around 5 litres , cumin , fenugreek . Everything I have tried but baby still needs top feed . What to do sir . I have tried all sorts of thing

A. hi, as u already under right medication to improve lactation. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. avoid taking stress as it reduced milk production. Take 1 tsp methi seed with warm water will help.
