Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. 1 month old baby is not having motion you can give bonnisan drops for good digestion and try to give only exclusive breastfeeding which is very important do not give any formula milk

Hello The small kid can easily go without passing a motion for 3 to 5 days in general but if your child is having any kind of discomfort then it would be advisable for you to consult your doctor ones because without proper check up it would be very difficult to assess the situation and comment on it
