even if he wakes up, do not feed every time, see if he is really hungry or just comfort suckling.
babies do this as they become more aware of surroundings. separation anxiety also develops at this age.
maintain calm environment, even if baby gets up assure by patting on head , back.
make sure baby eats ,feeds well before bedtime.
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. make sure that baby has good dinner. Give tummy full foods for better sleep. Also give warm milk before bedtime. Night dinner food and milk will keep tummy fillingand bbay will have a peaceful sleep and you can also have a good sleep. If still baby wakes up Avoid day time sleep or you can give warm bath before bedtime.
