Q.

sir my baby boy is six months old iam giving her home made cerelac at afternoon and breast milk and formula milk nintey ml at six o clock is it safe enough to my baby or not my milk is not sufficient that's why iam using formula feed

Hi mommy It’s enough Give both milk alternatively Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Give adequate feeding Maintain hydration
