sir, my 3 year 7 month baby get sweating in November winter season and it's body temperature is always higher than other child . .Dr. please tell me - what is the reason behind it and how can be cured it

Actually it usually have a higher body temperature as compared to an adult body which is why during this winter season also some kids can have sweating because the body temperature is much higher and that is very normal so there’s nothing wrong with the child currently
