sir, my 13 months old son suffering from Loose motions from last 7-8 days. now in stool test pus cell count is 5-6. any risk please advise. we have given taxim and

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where sfdymptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motiongs are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
