sir mujhe kl s fever aa rha h maine paracetamol li tb bukhar uthr jata h kya mai baby ko feeding karati rhu ya bnd kr du mera baby abhi 2 month 2 days ka hi hai

Continue Feeding the child in fever you can feed your child it’s not an issue it is that you need to take precautions of having a medicines properly and don’t take any medicine without consulting your doctor because it is not good you should just consult your doctor before you go for any medicine
