AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby. Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months.. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means ur baby is taking sufficient feed
